A short drive away is Fátima, one of the most important shrines in the world consecrated to Virgin Mary, that attracts thousands of pilgrims or simple visitors every year. Among the three churches, there, is the Chapel of the Apparitions where the three shepherd children claimed to have seen Our Lady of the Rosary, in 1917. Take your time to explore the shrine’s area, do your prayers or light a candle.
